17 September 2026, London: WealthAi, the AI operating system for wealth management, has appointed Lynn Räbsamen, CFA, as Chief Markets Officer and a member of its executive team.

In her new role, she will lead WealthAi’s commercial growth and work closely with senior leaders across wealth management and financial services as they navigate the opportunities and governance considerations that come with adopting AI at scale.
AI and financial services leader Lynn Räbsamen joins executive team to drive commercial growth and help firms navigate AI at scale
She will partner with WealthAi’s clients, drawing on her experience across regulated finance, technology and AI to help firms navigate a rapidly changing market.
Lynn’s career spans senior roles across regulated financial services and technology, including at C-suite level and as interim lead of a regulated private bank. Earlier in her career, she worked in derivatives at Credit Suisse and UBS before joining Bloomberg, where she worked with banks and financial institutions on digital transformation across Zurich, Seoul and Hong Kong.
A CFA charterholder and member of a CFA Institute Advisory Board, Lynn is also a recognised voice on AI in financial services and AI governance. She is the author of Artificial Stupelligence, publishes the AI, Work and Money newsletter and regularly speaks at international conferences on the impact of AI on financial services.
CEO of WealthAi, Jason Nabi, says: “The conversation in wealth management is shifting from ‘what can AI do?’ to ‘how do we use it safely, responsibly and at scale?’ Regulated firms are dealing with highly sensitive client information and they need to know where their data is going, how AI is being used and that they can demonstrate the right controls and oversight.”
“Lynn has a great track record in financial services and tech startups and has seen first-hand how new technology gets adopted inside regulated firms. Her understanding of the potential of AI in our sector is second-to-none and she blends her advocacy for AI adoption with an innate appreciation for how firms in the wealth management can transform to an AI-native operating model. That combination of sector expertise and AI fluency will be hugely valuable to the clients we partner with.”
“WealthAi has been built for this next phase, moving firms away from standalone AI tools towards a purpose-built operating system where users and AI agents can work together, with governance, permissions and auditability built in. Lynn is also going to play a key part in our planned expansion into new markets including Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong.”
Lynn Räbsamen, Chief Markets Officer at WealthAi, said: “There’s a huge amount of excitement around AI in wealth management, but there’s uncertainty too. The industry is changing incredibly quickly and firms know they need to embrace AI, but there are still a lot of questions around what that journey should look like and how to get it right.”
“That’s one of the things that really attracted me to WealthAi. We have an opportunity to bring some clarity to that uncertainty and help firms understand not only what AI can do for them, but how they can use it in a way that makes sense for their business.”
“My role is about taking that conversation out into the market – listening to firms, building relationships and ultimately helping more of them take advantage of what WealthAi has built. I’m looking forward to growing those relationships, expanding into new markets and helping WealthAi become a trusted partner to firms as they work out what AI means for their businesses.”
Lynn joins as WealthAi broadens its presence across the wealth management market. The wealthtech recently launched WealthAi for Advisors, extending its offering to independent financial advisers alongside its existing work with wealth managers and family offices.
WealthAi provides one intelligent operating layer for wealth management, bringing together the systems, data, AI models and controls firms need to use AI across their businesses. Its Assistant and Client File support everyday client and administrative work, while specialised AI agents can be deployed across specific workflows.
Underpinning these is the WealthAi Platform, which connects the Assistant and agents with firms’ existing systems, data and AI models in one governed environment, allowing AI to work across front, middle and back-office operations without firms having to replace their existing technology stack.
