WealthAi launches Client File to eliminate fragmented client data

AI-powered client workspace captures every note, conversation, document and portfolio update in one place, helping advisers build a complete picture of every client.

16 June 2026, London. WealthAi, the AI Operating System designed specifically for wealth managers, private banks and family offices, today announced the launch of the WealthAi Client File, a new AI-powered client management solution designed to replace fragmented records, disconnected notes and generic CRM systems with a single, living client record.

Integrated directly into the WealthAi Assistant, the Client File continuously updates from meetings, live data feeds and WealthAi’s AI notetaker, creating a complete and current view of every client relationship.

Wealth management professionals spend nearly 40% of their day on admin tasks. What’s more, many firms still rely on legacy CRM systems originally designed for generic sales and pipeline management, alongside disconnected tools for onboarding, compliance, portfolio management and client communications. Advisers are forced to switch between multiple systems to prepare for meetings, maintain records and complete regulatory processes, and valuable client context is often lost between platforms.

The WealthAi Client File is designed to solve these problems. Unlike traditional CRM systems, which primarily act as repositories of information, the Client File functions as a living, intelligent workspace that automatically captures and organises information from meetings, conversations, documents, portfolio feeds and client interactions.

Using the Client File, wealth managers can reduce post-meeting administration from hours to minutes, with reports, onboarding forms and CRM updates generated automatically.

The WealthAi AI notetaker can join client meetings, transcribe conversations in real time and guide advisers through key discussion points. As the meeting progresses, it automatically captures client preferences, investment objectives, life events, risk indicators and vulnerability signals, updating the Client File in real time and ensuring valuable context is captured once and reused across the organisation rather than being lost in meeting notes or disconnected systems.

The Client File will capture all meeting notes, provide data for suitability reports, maintain onboarding documentation, track follow-up communications and even provide updates to any existing CRM for as long as the wealth manager continues to use it, eliminating the need to re-enter the same information across multiple systems.

Izel Ersoy, Chief Product Officer and Co-founder of WealthAi, said: “Traditional CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Monday.com were never purpose-built for wealth management or private banking. Firms have spent years adapting generic sales and pipeline management tools to support highly specialised client relationships, regulatory requirements and workflows.”

“Consequently their systems often become overly complicated, requiring advisers to navigate countless fields, workflows and screens, or too limited to capture the full complexity of a client relationship. WealthAi Client File redesigns wealth management CRM for the AI era - a tool that not just stores information but actively uses and interprets it.”

The Client File acts as the intelligence layer for the wider WealthAi platform. WealthAi Agents operating across Compliance, Risk Management, Research, Investments and Operations can use Client File to access relevant client information instantly, identify actions, update records and ensure workflows remain aligned with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

The result is a complete and auditable view of every client relationship, giving advisers, compliance teams and AI agents access to the same up-to-date information at the same time.

“Closed-loop AI is critical for financial services,” Izel Ersoy continued. “It enables firms to protect and control their data, eliminate the risks associated with Shadow AI and ensure that every action taken by an AI agent is grounded in the firm’s own policies, procedures and client information.”
