London, 3 September 2026 – WealthAi, the AI operating system for wealth management, has today launched WealthAi for Advisors, expanding its platform to independent financial advisers and smaller advice firms.
WealthAi for Advisors brings together the functions traditionally handled across multiple systems and standalone AI tools, including meeting notetaking, client management, document generation, administration, market information and compliance, into a single intelligence integrated platform.
New offering brings client management, meeting notes, administration, market information and compliance into a single AI-powered operating system for advice firms
Advice firms using WealthAi for Advisors during its beta testing phase this summer reported an initial 60% reduction in time spent on routine client administration. The platform can be deployed in days, without firms having to replace their existing practice management systems or undertake a large-scale IT implementation.
The launch comes as advice firms increasingly look to AI solutions to reduce the administrative burden on advisers enabling them to increase the number of clients they can serve without expanding operational teams to pick up the slack. AI notetakers have provided an accessible entry point, however standalone tools only automate individual tasks and leave advisers moving information between separate systems.

WealthAi for Advisors is designed to take firms beyond this first generation of AI adoption, giving smaller firms access to an AI operating model in which information and workflows are connected across the client lifecycle, with an embedded AI-powered CRM, document handling and notetaking, connected to specific AI agents to undertake a range of tasks across advisory and compliance.
Jason Nabi, CEO and founder of WealthAi, said: “Advisers have had a first taste of AI through tools like meeting notetakers, but that’s only scratching the surface of what this technology can do. Most traditional wealth technology was designed for people to operate software - updating practice management systems, moving information between systems and following rigid workflows. We think the next generation will be designed for AI agents to operate across the business.”
“WealthAi lets you run your business like you’ve got an operations team behind you. We’ve built an AI-powered CRM designed for wealth, that works with agents across administration and compliance - all the intelligence in a single platform across users and agents, giving smaller advice firms access to the kind of operational capability that has traditionally required much bigger teams.”
“Whether you’re a single adviser or a 200-person private bank, the principle is the same: using AI to remove operational friction and help people make faster, better decisions.”
Number of new clients signing including Monmouth Capital
Faisal Sheikh, CEO and founder, Monmouth Capital: “We started to look at AI notetaker applications and realised the more significant opportunity is to adopt an AI operating system to enable our business to be AI-native across our operations - rather than just using a point solution or bolting AI onto our legacy systems. We can already see the direct benefits of AI in how we attract new clients and grow our AUA.”
At the heart of WealthAi for Advisors is WealthAi’s Client File, an AI-native client context and workflow layer designed specifically for wealth management, alongside a single AI Assistant that works across an adviser’s client records, documents, email, calendar and market information. The platform also includes AI meeting notetaking, personal dashboards and task management, a document vault, automated form filling and document generation, integrated financial news and data, and compliance monitoring.
The power of the platform can be augmented even further with the integration of WealthAi’s AI agents that operate across compliance, risk management, research, investments and operations to securely access relevant information within the Client File to identify actions, update records and ensure workflows remain aligned with firms’ policies and regulatory requirements.
The result is a single, auditable and up-to-date view of each client relationship, with advisers, compliance teams and WealthAi’s authorised AI agents working from the same underlying information. Rather than meeting notes sitting within a standalone application, for example, information captured during a meeting can automatically update the client file, generate follow-up actions and feed into relevant compliance workflows.
The platform can also connect with firms’ existing practice management systems, allowing advisers to introduce an AI-native layer without replacing their existing technology infrastructure.
